Safator Update 1.1

Hi! I've notice that for some people a DLL was lacking and couldn't use the application, with the new update it is included inside. Some other feeatures are added as the X close button for the How To Use panel and not being able to resize the window (previously allowed and causing errors).

I hope those updates help you enjoying better the application.
